How tangled are you?

This much? (A little, but know you can get out of it.)

This much? (Freakin’ going out of your mind?!?!)

Here’s my chore today:

Today I have to organize our walkie talkies. Two different kinds, chargers and handsets. But you know what? Its ok. They are just as tangled as tangled can get. Just like Christmas lights – but I’m on it!

When untangling yourself (and wires and Christmas lights and telephone cords etc.) – what methods do you use to keep yourself focused, calm, and productive?

I always liked the ideas behind “The Four Agreements” by Don Miguel Ruiz.

The agreement that suits “being tangled” for me is “Always Do Your Best“:

Your best is going to change from moment to moment; it will be different when you are healthy as opposed to sick. Under any circumstance, simply do your best, and you will avoid self-judgment, self-abuse, and regret.

Do your BEST today. It’ll be OK.
