@jenniferkeegin we’re excited too! And @tweetsscoop and @tweetscookie can’t wait to be up in #Binghamton :)

So this morning, driving to work I noticed on the corner of Washington Ave. on the Southside of Binghamton that the old Hollywood Video store (RIP) next to Thirsty’s is turning into a Sweet Frog Frozen Yogurt Place. I’ve never been to the one that’s still fairly new in Vestal, but I know many folks who are big fans. So I was pretty sure this was a fairly new development and tweeted about it (of course). Got a nice response back from the company.
And just because I find it interesting – here’s a little about the company:
We’ve grown a lot since we began in 2009, but we’ll never get too big to lose our commitment to local communities. The F.R.O.G. in sweetFrog stands for Fully Rely On God, and we show that by being a good neighbor everywhere we move into. Through local partnerships, fundraisers, and much more, our stores become part of the fabric that wraps their communities.
So there’s that. I’ll be interested to see how they really “wrap into” our Southside community.
